Terms of Service

The service

BixMoney provides workspace-based accounting and asset-management software: a double-entry ledger, documents, imports, budgets, loan tools and tax reports. It is software — it does not give financial, tax or legal advice, and its reports are only as accurate as the records you enter.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials, your two-factor enrollment, and the activity under your workspaces. Workspace owners control membership and billing. You must keep your records honest — BixMoney computes on what you give it.

Billing

Paid plans renew per term at the price shown at checkout, per region. Upgrades apply when payment is verified — never on a gateway redirect alone. A workspace that does not renew falls back to the Free plan; your records stay readable and exportable within Free limits.

Acceptable use

No unauthorised access to other workspaces, no abuse of the API, no use that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. For tax filings the responsibility for correctness stays with the filer — verify reports before submission.
