Privacy Policy

What we store

Your account details (name, email, credentials — stored only as hashes), the workspaces you own or join, and the financial records you enter: accounts, journal entries, categories, budgets, documents and imports. We store what the product needs to run — nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your financial data. We run no advertising, no trackers and no third-party analytics on this site. Your books are not a product.

Who can see your data

Members of your workspace, within the permissions you grant. Platform staff cannot read customer financial rows without a privileged role, a fresh verification, a stated reason and a case reference — and every such access is recorded in the audit log. A time-boxed read-only support grant from you remains the normal path.

Your controls

You can export your records and request account deletion through the app. Deleting an account removes your identity data; journal history in shared workspaces is retained to keep those books complete, per the Terms.
